I can say Clinislim works for some but not others. My mom, my sister and I all started using Clinislim to start the New Year. It’s only been 3 weeks but so far my mom has lost 13 pounds, my sister lost 17 pounds and I have only lost 4 pounds. We’re all working out and maybe I just need to eat better and do a little more to catch up. But from what I see, this works for some, but maybe not as good for others. I might return mine for a refund and try something else.

Clinislim varies in its effectiveness, just as I would assume anything would. I’ve seen people who lost about 15 pounds in their first month and then those who lost a substantial amount more. Part of it depends on how much work you are willing to put into it. You have to diet and exercise just like with anything else, there’s no magic pill. But if you follow even a modest diet and exercise plan, it will definitely help to improve your results.

Compound #1 – Guarana, Yerba Mate, and Damiana Study
In a double blind trial in Charlottenlund Medical Center in Denmark, 44 overweight subjects were randomly selected into two groups. The treatment group received a compound containing Guarana, Yerbate Mate, and Damiana (contents of Compound #1). The control group received a placebo. Subjects were not told previously which group they were placed in. After following these subjects for 45 days, it was found that the treatment group that was administered the Guarana, Yerba Mate, and Damiana had significant weight loss. It was also shown that Guarana, Yerba Mate, and Damiana delayed gastric emptying. An ultrasound scan showed a delayed rate at which the stomach emptied an average of 20 minutes slower than normal without affecting the normal digestive processes.
Compound #2 – Glucomannan
The Glucomannan fiber study was a 8 week double blinded trial that included 20 obese subjects. Subjects were randomly assigned to the study group and control group. Glucomannan was administered one hour prior to each meal for 2 months. Similarly, the control group took the placebo one hour prior to each meal. Both groups were instructed no to change anything in their normal diet and exercise. After the 8 weeks, subjects taking Glucomannan showed a significant weight loss average 5.5 lbs. Also, it was found that Glucomman helped drop LDL cholesterol levels 15-20 mg/dl over the course of study.
Compound #3 – Garcinia Cambogia, Gymnema Sylvestre, Chromium
50 obese women were randomly selected in a double blind clinical trial to see the effects of Garcinia Cambogia, Gymnema Sylvestre, and Chromium. The treatment group received this combination for 8 weeks while the control group was given a placebo. After the end of the clinical trial, it was found that subjects who were administered Garcinia Cambogia, Gymnema Sylvestre and Chromium experienced an average weight loss of 14.99 pounds. In contrast, the place group averaged only a 3 pound loss. The study concluded that subjects who received treatment experienced weight loss, increased fat burning, increased good cholesterol (HDL), and decreased BMI (Body Mass Index).
